Casey Coleman is Senior Vice President for Digital Transformation, Salesforce Global Public Sector. She is responsible for enterprise positioning and solutions strategies for government customers worldwide.
Before joining Salesforce, Casey served as chief information officer at the U.S. General Services Administration. There she led several modernization initiatives, including the first agency-wide move to cloud-based email and collaboration platforms. Casey chaired the federal CIO Council’s Cloud First committee that developed the FedRAMP standard for cloud cybersecurity.
Casey holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.


Col. Randall Ivall

Col Ivall currently serves as the Deputy Assistant Director for Medical Logistics, Defense Health Agency and Chair of the Defense Medical Logistics Proponent Committee. Medical Logistics is a shared service joint activity under the direction, authority, and control of the DHA Assistant Director for Combat Support and is the focal point for materiel standardization within the Department of Defense (DoD). It supports DoD’s medical readiness mission by enhancing inter-Service medical department cooperation, promoting interoperability, and providing a forum for joint clinical coordination of medical materiel issues. Medical Logistics is supported by a diverse staff office comprised of clinicians, logisticians, pharmacists, information management, and support personnel representing all Services. DHA Medical Logistics provides DoD oversight for the $4.7B Shelf Life Extension Program and oversees $8M in contract support personnel and programs, and an overall supply chain value of $11B.
Col Ivall received a direct commission in 2000 and attended Commissioned Officer Training at Maxwell AFB, Alabama, graduating as a Distinguished Graduate and recipient of the Henry “Hap” Arnold award for Excellence in Leadership. In February 2001, he attended the Health Services Administration course at Sheppard AFB, Texas and after graduation, he reported to the 375 MDG, Scott AFB, Illinois where he served as the Chief of the Financial Management Element. In March of 2002, Col Ivall transferred to the 375 AES and served as Deputy Flight Commander of Readiness and Plans. There he was responsible for all ground readiness training and development of aeromedical input to all squadron, wing and higher headquarters operational plans, affecting contingency operations for the 375 AES.
In August 2004, Col Ivall was assigned to the 15 MDSS, Hickam AFB, Hawaii where he served as a Medical Logistics Flight Commander. In this position, he was responsible for the overall management of the 15 MDG Medical and Dental Stock Fund Account and directed the 15 MDG War Reserve Material (WRM) program. In April 2006, Lt Col Ivall accepted a position as the Thirteenth Air Force, Chief of Contingency Operations and Plans, Office of the Surgeon General, Hickam AFB, Hawaii. There he was accountable for developing Air Force medical guidance, plans, and execution courses of action in support of United States Pacific Command (USPACOM). He also supported crisis action and humanitarian/civic assistance operations as the Surgeon General Representative to the Pacific Operations Support Center (POSC).
In August 2008, Col Ivall transferred to Air Force Medical Operations Agency (AFMOA), Ft Detrick, Maryland, serving as the Chief of Readiness Development. In this position, he was responsible for the logistics life-cycle management of Air Force Medical Service contingency support assemblages and was the program manager for execution of the Surgeon General Contingency Spend and Production Plan. In August 2010, while still assigned to AFMOA, Maj Ivall assumed the duties of the Chief of Field Support for Air Mobility Command, Pacific Air Forces, and US Air Forces Europe. In this position, he provided technical logistics management and fiscal support to 27 base level logistics accounts, plus conducted base-level site visits, providing training, measuring compliance with Air Force and DoD policy, and sharing of logistics best practices.
In 2011, Col Ivall was assigned to the Air Force Institute of Technology and served as the Air Force Medical Logistics Fellow to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR). The primary focus of this program is the study of health response to emergencies requiring federal government engagement.
Following his HHA Fellowship, Col Ivall served as the Commander, 59 MLRS, Joint Base San Antonio – Lackland, Texas. There, he commanded a staff of 450 active duty, civilian, and contract personnel, and ensured complete oversight to all medical materiel, clinical engineering, contract services, facility management, and readiness plans activities for the 59 MDW.
Additionally, Col Ivall served as the Commander, 455 EMDOS, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. The 455 EMDG is the Air Force component for Task Force Med, which provides combat medical support services to U.S. and coalition forces throughout Afghanistan. Along with the U.S. Army, the 455 EMDG staffs Craig Joint Theater Hospital at Bagram.
Prior to his current assignment, Col Ivall served as the Deputy Director, Air Force Medical Logistics and Medical Service Corps Assistant Associate Corps Chief for Medical Logistics. He served as the consultant to the Surgeon General for medical logistics programs supporting 43 thousand personnel and a $6 Billion budget. He was responsible for developing medical logistics policies and procedures, providing direct support to 75 military treatment facilities worldwide. He partnered with the sister Services to enable joint medical logistics efforts.
Col Ivall is married to the former Angela Kujola and they have two beautiful daughters, Kaitlyn and Olivia Ivall.

Monica M.P. Matthews became the Director, Strategic Planning and Management of Human Capital within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in January 2021. There she is responsible for the assessment and integration of talent acquisition with workforce optimization for diverse and successful program operations. As HUD’s former Chief Human Capital Officer, Monica innovated to provide data-driven and client-centric solutions with emphasis in the leadership of human capital transformation for agency-wide results. Ms. Matthews oversaw the full range of strategic human capital and human resource functions to enable HUD’s mission and workforce, which now consists of approximately 7,300 employees located in ten regions across the United States.

Mia Jordan is the chief information officer for Federal Student Aid, an office of the U.S. Department of Education, where she is responsible for securing and transforming a loan portfolio of more than $1.7 trillion. Prior to joining the federal service, Jordan worked more than 13 years for various agencies and departments in both the civilian and Intelligence/Department of Defense markets.
She is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Cyber Security with a focus on Information Assurance from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.

Mr. Staley served on active duty in the U.S. Army, Medical Service Corps for 25 years, culminating as the Director, Joint Medical Logistics Functional Development Center (JMLFDC) at Fort Detrick, MD. He commanded the 3rd Medical Recruiting Battalion at Fort Knox, KY and served in a variety of staff and leadership positions at Fort Bragg, NC; Fort Hood, TX; and Fort Jackson, SC. During his time on active duty, Mr. Staley served on 6 operational deployments.

Mr. Gregory Little serves as the Deputy Comptroller for Enterprise Data and Business Performance, in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) (OUSD(C)), which he joined in 2015. He is responsible for assisting the Under Secretary of Defense Comptroller to improve enterprise-wide performance and data-driven decision making by accelerating digital transformation, process improvement, and the use of data and analytics.
Mr. Little was the Director of the Chief Financial Officer Data Transformation Office (CDTO) for ODCFO. He was responsible for the Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management Data Strategy and deploying a big-data repository to transform the use of DoD business data into decisions and actions.
Mr. Little was the team lead for the Business Integration Office within the ODCFO prior to his promotion to the Senior Executive Service. In that position, he successfully led development of the DoD Financial Management Functional Strategy, defined the first DoD Financial Management data analytics vision and strategy for the DoD, and led a team of subject matter experts and technologists to develop the Notice of Findings and Recommendations database to support the DoD’s audit remediation strategy.
Before joining the OUSD(C), Mr. Little served five years as the solution architect for the Defense Agencies Initiative (an Oracle enterprise resource planning system). In this position, he was responsible for implementing a single standard financial management system for the Defense Agencies and DoD Field Activities. Mr. Little successfully led the largest Oracle ERP Release 12 Technical Upgrade in North America.
Mr. Little is a graduate of Bates College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and studied abroad at James Cook University in Queensland, Australia.

Ms. Vidal-Duart has 12+ years’ of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of the State of Florida COVID19 Infectious Disease Field Hospital System where she oversaw the management and deployment of the State’s field hospital system and its healthcare and administrative support personnel. In this role, she managed a system of administrative and clinical personnel, recruited and staffed clinical and support functions, managed multiple contractors, served as an interagency coordinator between multiple agencies and regulating bodies, and helped secure various medical supplies and personal protection equipment for the facilities. After the hospitals were demobilized, Vidal-Duart assisted CDR’s COVID19 test site logistics team to deploy a call center, launch a patient portal, and develop a turnkey software solution from patient registration through result delivery.
In her prior experience in healthcare, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development with Pacer Health Corporation, a hospital conglomerate focused on acquiring and turning around financial distressed hospitals. She has experience in operating and managing an acute care hospital system, medical treatment centers, a skilled nursing facility, and psychiatric care facilities. Additionally, she ran a transportation and logistics subsidiary of Pacer, providing trucking/air freight, warehousing and distribution, and logistics services throughout the United States. Serving as interim Chief Executive Officer of acquired financially distressed acute care hospitals that were near bankruptcy or closure, she has a keen insight into the rapid response and decision making required in a field environment where time is of the essence. She oversaw the management and turnaround of multiple healthcare facilities; ensured seamless transition and integration of acquisitions into overall system structure; developed and implemented processes for their financial turnaround and positive financial performance; negotiated all contracts to achieve overall cost savings; and provided oversight of hospital and doctor services.
